As a Quantity Surveyor (QS) in the Built Environment division, Babelegi is responsible for the accurate cost planning, financial management, and contractual oversight of construction and infrastructure projects within our sustainability consulting framework. With a strong focus on environmental compliance, efficiency, and value engineering, Babelegi ensures that projects are delivered within budget while meeting sustainability and regulatory goals.

His key duties include preparing cost estimates, conducting feasibility studies, managing tender processes, assessing project variations, and compiling final accounts. He works closely with architects, engineers, environmental specialists, and clients to integrate cost-effective and environmentally sustainable solutions into every phase of a project.

Babelegi’s expertise in procurement strategies, contract administration, and lifecycle costing is essential in minimizing financial risk and maximizing value.
