At Debswana, he coordinated Corporate Centre SHEQ, delivered a zero-injury Diamond Cleaning Plant programme, created an online SHE course, and strengthened crisis readiness. A Certified Management of Risk Practitioner (APMG) and full IOSM member, he is skilled in audits, incident investigation, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement.
